I love sandals. I think my feet love them too.
I am pretty picky when it comes to a good sandal because I tend to live in them. The soles can’t be too thin, or too thick. They can’t rub weird. I have to be able to walk for 4 miles or so in them without hurting my feet. I don’t want them to wear out too fast either.
I have bought $200 dollar leather flip flops that I had to have that ended up failing the test because they had leather soles and you couldn’t stand in them for more than a half hour at a time. 3 years ago I purchase 2 pairs (1, 2) of Sandali sandals from Etsy and they are still going strong. I love these sandals, but last Summer I was lured away by a sandal maker from Greece and I have to say I regret it. I thought every handmade shoe was created equal, but I was wrong.
Do yourself a favor and buy a pair before it gets too hot. You won’t be sorry.

March 29, 2013 at 1:27 PMI've had my eye on a pair of Greek sandals on Etsy (I don't think it's Sandali though) for awhile but haven't ordered them. I keep hoping that I can just go to Greece and pick a pair up in person. 🙂

March 29, 2013 at 2:47 PMemail mail me if your are thinking about purchasing because the greek pairs i bought i don't like as well. the fit was all wrong too. if you are going that route make sure to send a outline of your foot and that is still no guarantee of fit.
