A couple of weeks ago I had a cold and I rediscovered the beauty of the hot toddy. It’s the upside of sickness, but you don’t have to be completely ill to enjoy it.
TRIPLE GINGER HOT TODDY
1 cup hot water
1 Pukka Three Ginger Herbal Tea Bag
1 tablespoons honey
2-3 tablespoons bourbon
juice of half a lemon
TO MAKE
Pour hot water over tea bag and honey. Allow to steep for at least 5 min. Remove tea bag. Add bourbon. Squeeze in lemon juice. Twist a strip of lemon peel over drink, then add to glass. Serve.
