DIY Hot Oil Treatment

I did this oil treatment to my hair on Sunday and let me just say I loved it. I want to do this type of thing more often. It didn’t take that long and I think I will let it stay on overnight. I have an old fashioned cap hair dryer, so I zapped it with a little heat while I browsed the internet. My hair is soft and my scalp feels better than it has in months. Easy and fun.

DIY HOT OIL TREATMENT
2 ounces of jojoba oil
5-10 drops of argan oil
3-5 drops of lavender essential oil
20 drops of rosemary essential oil

brush, comb, narrow container for mixture, rubber band,  and plastic cap.
* optional: old fashioned hair dryer

of course you have one of those old fashioned hair dryers! I love you! I'll have to get me some argan oil and try it on my not-long hairstyle.

OH how I love a scalp massage. We should have a scalp massage/knitting session.

I have an old fashioned hair dryer but am afraid to plug it in!!! 🙂 I love doing hot oil treatments. I usually mix my essential oils with coconut oil though. Will try adding argan oil next time!

PS. Can you post about your peel? pretty please!

My hair needs this, however I probably cannot afford to make it. When I arrived here in Aus I attempted to make a simple deodorant and it was going to cost me $48 (no joke).

OMG, 48 bucks that's crazy. You could use olive or coconut oil, even though she says in the video she doesn't think they absorb as well. That kind of thing would drive me a little nuts.

I love you too. I think it's good for short hair too.
