This is what I had for lunch yesterday and it was really yummy. I like to improvise soup recipes, but I thought this one was worth writing down.
I served this with these sesame seed crackers from Elana’s Pantry. I cut the recipe in half and it still made a ton of crackers. They were so good that I had them as a snack with cream cheese, honey, and lavender served with some Earl Grey tea. Heaven on a work day afternoon.
You could use whatever spices suit you for this Carrot Ginger Soup recipe. Enjoy.

November 22, 2011 at 2:15 PMlook at you, with the fancy GIF 🙂 And pretty recipe card. If I weren't already scarfing down lunch, I'd whip up a batch of all this stuff. Tomorrow, there's always tomorrow.

November 22, 2011 at 2:17 PMThanks Blake. I just put a new recipe card up. I remade the topping and i think i put in about 1/2 the honey I said before. That's what happens when you are pulling stuff out of your ass;)

November 29, 2011 at 8:09 AMKim: GIFs are so much fun. I talked the old studio I worked at into doing them. We had a blast shooting the shots and putting them together. I want to do one of these http://fromme-toyou.tumblr.com/post/12970615837/ill-never-break-up-with-you-happy-birthday-to

November 30, 2011 at 7:54 AMI know! From hers to Wit + Delights latest recipe GIFS, I've been dying to figure out how to make one. I found a tutorial a few months ago and hope to try it soon. If I had $$, I'd just pay you to do it, plus restyle + rebrand me. Some day….
