Showing up

Showing up for the work. It’s something that can be very hard to do. Sometimes our inner blocks are so great that tormenting ourselves seems so much easier than doing the work. Sometimes staying in the now just feels so illusive that we only want to repeat our brain chatter from our past and future selves.

I read The War of Art for a portfolio prep class when I was in school. It’s such a great book to pick up and read anytime and anywhere. I have read Do the Work through once. I’m starting a few new ventures and I plan on using it to complete and show up for my muse.
