I think about my blog all the time. It’s mostly for me. I know that I have a reader stop by every now and then, but for the most part I enjoy marking things that I love and my time. Hopefully this year I will do a few posts a week. That’s my goal at any rate…it’s a loose goal.
I’ve been making these cookies from a recipe that I found on Domestic Reflections. I love it. I made a couple of tweaks though. I use unsweetened coconut and I use 1.5 cups of brown sugar with 0.5 cup of agave syrup. I find that they take about 13 min in my oven. This is now my husband’s favorite cookie and it’s super easy to make.
Happy New Year.

I subbed in 1/2 cup of virgin coconut oil for 1/2 butter in addition to your changes. Took 8 minutes at the most in my oven. Thanks for the recipe.
