Lyann organized and Jora hosted a great Pantry Party a couple of weeks ago. It was so fun. We all made around 12 of something or a mix of goods and brought them to swap. I left with so much stuff. It was amazing.
After the party I thought it would be fun to make a website that everyone that participated in the party could post recipes to. So far Lyann and I are the only ones that have posted, but hopefully everyone else will be able to. Go check out Handmade Pantry.
I hope more people get together and organize their own parties. It would be so much fun to hear about them and see what people come up with.

February 3, 2013 at 11:29 PMThanks for sharing the website, Desi! I saw all the photos on Instagram and was instantly inspired (and starting scheming ways to do something similar here. 🙂 ) It's great to see the items and their recipes…I'll be keeping an eye on that site!
